By following these steps, you’ll ensure that the cancellation and rescheduling policies are consistently updated across your email workflows and funnel pages.
Modifying the Email Workflow #
Accessing the Workflow
Navigate to Automation.
Select the Booking Content Information and Reminder Workflow.
On the second page, locate and click the published workflow labeled Number 5B.
Updating Email One Confirmation
Open the Email 1 Confirmation.
Scroll down to the “Please note cancellation, no show policy” section.
Delete all content from “we require” down to the paragraph just before “please call us directly.”
Hit Enter a couple of times.
Paste the new cancellation policy text into this section. This text was provided via email and begins with “we require.”
Clean up the formatting of the pasted text, ensuring proper spacing and line breaks.
Add a space between “appointment deposits are non-refundable” and the following text if needed.
Make “should part” a new paragraph.
Bold the heading “Rescheduling Policy.”
Ensure there’s a space after “Appointment deposits are” where it says “are.”
Copy the entire updated “Please note” section, from “Please note” all the way down to the end of the new policy text.
Click Save Action.
Updating Email Two (Thank You)
Scroll down to Email 2 Thank You.
Delete all content from “Please note” down to the end of the email.
Paste the updated policy text (that you copied from Email 1) into this section.
Click Save.
Click Save Workflow to save all changes in the workflow.
Updating Funnel Pages

Accessing Funnel Pages
- Click Back to Workflows on the top left.
- Go to Sites.
- Click on the Funnels.
- Updating the Plain Thank You Page (Deposit $29)
- Locate the “Plain Thank You” page (associated with the $29 deposit).
- Click the arrow next to “Edit.”
- Select Edit in new tab.
- Scroll down to the Terms and Conditions section.
- Go to the last sentence and hit Enter a couple of times.
- Paste the new policy text here. Note: You may need to use “Shift + Command + V” (on Mac) or “Shift + Control + V” (on PC) to paste without formatting issues.
- Review the existing cancellation/no-show policy on the page. You’ll notice a difference in the phrasing “with less than the timeframe we request.”
- Copy the updated three lines of text (starting from “with less than the timeframe we request”) from the email content.
- Locate the existing “no show or cancellation” phrasing on the page and delete the text that follows it, up to where the new text should be inserted.
- Paste the copied updated text (using Shift + Command + V/Shift + Control + V to maintain formatting).
- Delete the existing rescheduling policy text.
- Paste the updated rescheduling policy text from the email.
- Click Save.
- Click Save again (it’s recommended to double-save in this system).
- Updating the Thank You 199 Page
- Go back to the Funnel pages.
- Select the Thank You 199 page.
- Click Edit.
- Delete the last two bullet points from the existing policy.
- Paste the updated cancellation and rescheduling policy text into this section (using Shift + Command + V/Shift + Control + V).
- Adjust formatting as needed, ensuring proper line breaks for the rescheduling policy.
- Click Save.
