Step by Step to give access to CMBM

1. Ask the client to open “Meta Business Suite.”

2. Open “Settings” in the lower left corner.

3. Find “People” under the first option in the left “Users”

4. Once you select “People” in the right corner, you will find the option “Invite People”

5. Invite by adding the email, ‘data@patientengine.co‘ – when adding the email, do not select Temporary access not spark

6. When you have email, ‘data@patientengine.co‘ written on the bar, click anywhere on the pop-up and hit “Next”

7. Be sure to select “Full Control.”

8. In the advanced option, select “View”

9. In the asset, you need to select the “Page” and “Ad account” if you have one

10. You need to give us full access to each asset.

11. Hit next and then send invite

12. You might need to confirm the invite by putting a code shared via email or a confirmation by another member of the CMBA
