The AM Dashboard is a Google Sheet ๐ primarily focused on the โGeotargetingโ tab. It serves as a centralized space to manage and analyze geographic data ๐ for our clients.
It includes key information such as:
- ๐ข Client addresses and state
- ๐ฅ Direct competitors
- ๐ Estimated audience size
- ๐บ๏ธ Geotargeting map visuals
Main uses of the dashboard:
- โ To analyze client locations and avoid audience overlap
- โ ๏ธ To inform the sales team of potential location conflicts
- ๐ To keep track of audience estimates and campaign geotargeting updates
๐ ๏ธ How to Update the AM Dashboard #
Whenever you work on a campaign that involves geotargeting, youโll need to update the dashboard accordingly. Hereโs the step-by-step process:
- ๐ผ๏ธ Take a screenshot of the geotargeting map from Meta Ads Manager
- ๐ Update the estimated audience size in the relevant column (Paste values only)
- ๐ Record the date of the update in the designated column
- ๐ฅ Insert the screenshot into the corresponding cell (Use โInsert > Image in cellโ โ no copy-paste!)
